It’s warming up out there and we’re all looking at our back yards thinking, what are we going to do different this year? Maybe we can finally get that hot tub. Maybe we need to spruce up our deck? Maybe we need a new grill, maybe that new grill should also be a smoker. I only say this because we have in a shipment of the most awesome smoker barbecues I have ever seen. Imagine the taste of big texas barbecue done right in your back yard. I’m not talking about just grilling, I’m talking about slow smoked fall off the bone back ribs, smoked salmon, smoked infused steaks, heck you can even cold smoke some cheese (trust me it’s delicious).
